I couldn’t be happier with the work Matt did renovating our home. He took on a huge project, renovating our home from top to bottom, including four bathrooms, a laundry room, basement, completely custom kitchen, flooring, tiling, building and removing walls, panneling and so much more. He also built a beautiful covered deck in our backyard.
Matt is incredibly hardworking, reliable, and takes a real sense of pride in his work. He has an exceptional eye for detail and never cuts corners. He was thoughtful throughout the entire renovation and made sure everything was done properly and to a very high standard.
A renovation of this size can be stressful, but Matt made the entire process so much easier. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished result and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work.
What People Are Saying
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Bill Saunders
Matt renovated my bungalow under tight time constraints. The renovation included replacing all the floors with engineered hardwood, replacing the kitchen backsplash, new granite countertops, new bathroom, replacing closets with IKEA cupboards, installing stackable washer/dryer, painting the interior of the house, and then building a beautiful front porch (photo included).
I am very thankful that I was introduced to Matt. It is not easy to find someone you can trust completely. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and dependable contractor. Five stars without hesitation.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Amanda Bongers
I couldn’t recommend Matt and his work more highly. 3 years ago Matt helped me renovate my Kitchen, main floor bathroom, entryway, dining room and Living room. The work is immaculate and working with Matt was an amazing collaboration. Matt is always respectful and professional, he's an active listener to your goals and will make suggestions based on his year of experience in the Ottawa Real Estate industry on what would best suit for your project.
Living in your house while it's being renovated can be a challenge, but Matt will always make sure that the time you are inconvenienced is as short as possible and always leaves your living space clear at the end of a work day.
Additionally, last summer Matt completed a full renovation of my upstairs including main bathroom, ensuite, laundry closet relocation, stairs, and 3 bedrooms. This renovations included significant changes to the footprint of the house and while my wishlist was pretty long, I got everything I wanted and more.
