Ferguson Homes has been a licensed Tarion builder since 2019, with a focus on building high-quality new homes and thoughtfully designed infill projects in the Ottawa area. We primarily focus on spec homes and multi-family infill developments, bringing a hands-on approach and the resources needed to take on projects of varying sizes and complexity.

From the initial land acquisition, planning and development of the property through construction and final completion, we oversee every stage of the build.
